This is pale beer which contains 5,6% alcohol by volume and is produced in accordance with classical technology from water, pale malt of barley, bitter and aromatic hops and beer yeast.

Beer becomes exceptionally tasty and flavourful after a long period of maturity. This beer is not filtered and yeast is not separated when beer is being produced. Yeast contains a lot of protein, mineral substances and vitamins of group B.
